Except for the dark mode, everything else looks good to me. I like having the AI pictures of RG and Runeweaver next to each segment... it looks almost like a phone conversation with avatars *grin* Now for another rest before the next chapter :-) PS yes, I know some people prefer dark mode. It's just white/light text on a dark background is blurry and headache-inducing while dark text on a light background is sharp, clear, and easy to read. Different strokes for different folks *shrug*
I’m glad you like the layout! I've been searching for a way to deliver stories like this ever since I first started Penny’s Diary—it's the visual look I wanted. Regarding the dark theme of the website, you can switch between day and night mode if you're reading in the Substack app. Also, the weekly emails are all delivered in day mode. I'm even considering lightening up the website's theme in the future too.
Apps are for phones, though. :-/ I do everything on desktop. I'm looking forward to the emails from here forward for exactly that reason: emails are all light mode :-) I'm not going to spend money I don't have on a device I won't use with a monthly payment we can't afford...
January 2023? did you mean December 2023 or January 2024?
January 2024. 🤦♂️ Thank you for spotting that Sharon. 🔎 You keep coming to the rescue. 😊 Your help is much appreciated.
Before disability I was a medical transcriptionist. It comes with the territory :-)
What do you think of the layout of these episodes on Substack?
